What does a session look like? If you prefer, I can come to your home for our session. Don’t worry about how your home looks—there’s no need to tidy up or prepare; I’m not here to judge. I’ll bring along a case filled with tools and props—think of it as a modern-day version of a doctor’s bag. During our session, I’ll take the time to listen to you, and together we’ll identify areas that might need some adjustment or change. My approach is rooted in mindfulness, focusing on the bigger picture rather than a strictly clinical perspective. We can discuss your concerns, practice simple breathwork techniques, and, if you’re open to it, enjoy a relaxing guided meditation. Before I leave, I’ll provide you with an actionable plan tailored to your needs, as well as referrals to other professionals, if necessary. A few days after our session, you’ll receive a detailed summary of our conversation, including additional resources, meditation scripts, and exercises to support your journey.
